What to Expect When You Hire Eddy’s
The site review may include tree condition, surrounding structures, access, terrain, equipment needs, hazards, utilities, drop zones, pedestrians, vehicles, fire conditions, cleanup and stump or root-removal requirements.
Whenever possible, Eddy personally evaluates the property and proposed work.
Customers receive a clearly defined written scope and estimate before work begins. If significant hidden conditions or scope changes arise, Eddy’s discusses them with the customer before additional chargeable work proceeds.
Commercial jobs are coordinated with the property owner, manager, HOA, facility manager or designated site contact.
Cleanup is completed according to the approved scope and may include debris removal, chipping, log removal, sawdust cleanup, clearing driveways and walkways, removing temporary work-zone controls and a final jobsite check.
When Additional Coordination May Be Required
If a project requires specialized credentials, equipment, utility coordination or services outside Eddy’s scope, the customer will be told upfront.
